CC&R's
The Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Reservations (CC&R's) are governing documents that dictate how the Association operates and what rules the owners and their tenants must obey. The rules set forth in these documents are legally enforceable by the Homeowners' Association.

This is a copy of the Division 1 CC&R's with asterisks (*) indicating where it differs from Divisions 2 & 3. It serves as a good reference for understanding the differences between the two documents governing the Olympus neighborhood.

Although Divisions 2 & 3 are both governed by the same CC&R document, they are still separate divisions with the border indicated by the green line. The color-shaded properties are approximate areas for each block watch group. These areas may change over time, so refer to your current block watch information for the group you belong to.
